These initiatives consist of guidelines, videos, podcasts and even comics and mangas. Some of these initiatives limit themselves to explain antitrust rules to non-antitrust specialists, whereas other initiatives provide fine mitigating in the presence of a solid and robust compliance program. The Agency award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021 at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.

These initiatives are mostly articles published in peer-reviewed journals, whereas others are dedicated book chapters. These publications are made available in free access for the Awards’ duration. The Academic award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021 at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.

The Corporations Steering Committee has suggested over 10 antitrust compliance initiatives from companies active in a large variety of business sectors: bank, energy, automobile, food & beverage, transports etc. These initiatives consist of online training, general guidelines, antitrust compliance manuals detailing the company’s policy and compliance program, an interview, and even a mini-series mocking the consequences of an antitrust dawn-raid. The Corporations award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021, at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.

The Law Firms Steering Committee has reviewed over 15 antitrust compliance initiatives from law firms having developed a dedicated approach in this field of antitrust. Many law firms consider antitrust compliance as an internal duty of the companies - as corruption prevention - and intervene only in case of issues. Some law firms however have undertaken a different approach aiming at helping in-house counsel setting up internal processes dedicated to limiting legal risks. The Law Firms award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021 at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.

Most applications received concerned general legal compliance, with a strong focus on data and corruption regulations. So far, only a few Legal Techs or Forensics companies have committed themselves to antitrust compliance per se, giving them a competitive advantage in this new field. The Legal Techs & Forensics award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021, at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.
