The ACCC’ initiative consists of a short presentation of the compliance program as well as a series of compliance program templates adapted to the size of the company. These templates help to provide an example of what the ACCC is likely to accept by way of compliance programs included in an administrative resolution or an enforcement action and to provide an indication of what the ACCC considers advisable in compliance programs implemented by companies voluntarily.
