HSBCHSBC’s initiative consists of an interactive competition law training platform called "Upperhand". It is an innovative, mobile-enabled learning solution that puts the learner at the centre of critical decisions managing competition law risk. An "immersive film", in which the learner is faced with scenarios that generate risk and has to choose how to respond to them, Upperhand aims to help learners understand where and how competition law risks can arise in the context of their role, spot issues and take appropriate action in a timely manner, and exercise good judgment in different contexts when interacting with internal and external parties. Please see below a trailer of the initiative.
