Singapore Competition AuthorityThe CCCS’s initiative consists of a series of comics and videos which cover a wide range of topics such as price-fixing, abuse of dominance, merger notification, cartel and leniency programs to help the public to understand what is against the Competition Act. It also includes a FAQ page dealing with questions relating to the compliance programme. It shows that CCCS will consider such a programme as a mitigating factor if CCCS deems it to be effective.
