The Law Firms Steering Committee has reviewed over 15 antitrust compliance initiatives from law firms having developed a dedicated approach in this field of antitrust. Many law firms consider antitrust compliance as an internal duty of the companies - as corruption prevention - and intervene only in case of issues. Some law firms however have undertaken a different approach aiming at helping in-house counsel setting up internal processes dedicated to limiting legal risks. The Law Firms award-winning initiative will be announced on May 10, 2021 at the Antitrust Compliance Ceremony.
